LEAP Social Services
Our Story
LEAP Social Services was established after many years of experience in the Social Services industry, providing a vast range of support for children and young people in need.
LEAP’s niche within the social services industry is an emphasis on building strong, yet professional, relationships. Support workers and children/young people are matched together so that they share common interests and demographics.
LEAP provides categorised services, however we understand that children and young people often benefit most from personalised, tailored support, which is often a custom combination of categories. Our categories of support are as follows: Mentoring, Supervised Contact Visits, Supervised Transport, Respite Support, In-Home Support and Overnight Residential Care Support. For a more detailed explanation of these supports, please see Our Services.
LEAP has over 30 years of combined experience within the social and community services industries. The LEAP team is culturally and linguistically diverse, and provides gender and age appropriate support. LEAP staff are skilled and well trained. Qualifications of support workers vary between (but are not limited to): social services, youth work, psychology, criminology, community welfare, disability services, childcare, nursing and teaching.
